    A rollercoaster of pros and cons

    The Pakistani hospitality is superb , led by attentive staff like Miss Nazia and helpful room cleaner Mr Irfan, who genuinely care ' needs and comfort.

    The air conditioning was insufficient, causing discomfort. Maintenance was slow to respond and unsatisfactory in service.

    The room I stayed in was well-maintained and neat with bath tub, full bottles, as for instance. Hotel's breakfast was lovely with Pakistani dishes and could satisfy any taste. This location was particularly good, adjacent to Marriott karachi, other areas, and arif baloch and hussain.

    We really enjoyed the lively musical nights in the grand banquet. The whole family, including my aunt, had a wonderful time soaking up the atmosphere, complete with great music and laughter. The buffet at Marco Polo was a good and delicious experience that brought everyone together around the table.

    In my wife's opinion, the swimming pool could be cleaner for a better family experience.

    Great place with free wi-fi, valet parking, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones. Highly recommend the attentive service and great breakfast. I'm coming back for a city trip.

    The location was particularly good - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Cafe Nadia Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. We was offered a room with RELAXING views of city and park nearby. The breakfast was great, had a great selection of options.

    Family trip highlights

    During my time, the breakfast was definitely a highlight, I mean, the staff handled morning rush hour like pros with smiles on their faces, especially Mr Affan, he was just fantastic. Plus, the attention to detail from housekeeping was excellent too. My kids were messy with cereal, and they had the room looking super clean without a fuss.

    It wasn't cheap, but it's what you expect for such a good experience.

    The pearl continental hotel was a wonderful experience! The housekeeping and breakfast staff were super friendly and made my mornings enjoyable. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. Plus, the location is perfect, close to a fun play area for kids, a huge bonus for our group.
